RESERVATION POLICY

Hidden Echoes Farm is bookable through airbnb.com hiddenechoesfarm

  • Minimum stay of three (3) nights is required
  • Maximum accommodation capacity of 8
  • Check in time is after 3:00 pm
  • Check out time at 10:00 am

 

HOUSE RULES

– Must be at least 25 years old to book.

  • Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
  • PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
  • NO MORE THAN 8 GUESTS allowed at any time on the property
  • NO PETS
  • NO CHILDREN below the age of 13 years old
  • NO SMOKING
  • Do not move any of the furniture which could damage the floor.

We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure, and most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of the traveling party.

• Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy and will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Additional fees may also apply.

• We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules.

DAMAGE OR LOSSES

The client is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the period of occupation. We reserve the right to evict the renter or any member of their party who has caused excessive damage to our property.
